Cheap ‘n’ cheerful, fantastic plastic
by Michael Sturgess
I bought this camera after using my Holga in Venice. I had wanted something like a Holga but small, pocket sized and using 35mm film; the Black Slim Devil fitted the bill.
It has a similar vignetting and contrast feel as a Hogla but is a remake of the Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim camera. It’s easy to use, point, shoot and wind on. Simple.
These are the first images taken as a test. I just wandered about, no real plan.
I’m really looking forward to using it again.
